PANZ Dressed Up Nudes Challenge!

This is a challenge for the PANZ Facebook group that I'm entering this month! The prize is a cute OPI "I Now Pronounce You..." giftset, and that looks nice. If you want to enter, click here.

The base is 2 coats of Revlon - Endless Possibilities which has an horrendous formula. You can see at the edges of my nails it looks like it's lumpy and peeled. This is because it NEVER dries. It's touch dry, so you put the next layer on, but NOOOO, it's definitely not dry yet. Hate nailpolishes like that. The black is one coat of Dance Legend - Classic 315. Another slow dryer. 

I bought these decals from BornPretty Store. They suck. They apply upside down! (Unless I am doing something drastically wrong with applying water decals - is it not just basically the same as applying fake tattoos?) They're pretty cute once I flipped them over, but I kind of feel like the final effect is vintage looking - bordering on your Nana's floral drapes... I topped it off with a couple of layers of Sally Hansen - Insta Dri topcoat.
