Kind of Neon Dotticure!

This is another Crumpet Simples post. I wanted to go bright with dots, and I love the result (colour-wise)! Here are the polishes I used: L-R OPI - Did it On 'Em, Sally Hansen - Fired Up, and LA Girl - Sensation. In the photo you can tell Sensation has a cute gold shimmer. All the "Color Addict" range has this same shimmer, and it is GORGEOUS. Sensation easily had the best formula of the three, although it is slower drying. The other two are thin, and not very self-levelling. 

I did a base of 2 (and a bit) coats of OPI - Did it On 'Em on my thumb, index, and pinky fingers. On my middle I used 3 coats of Sally Hansen - Fired Up, and on my ring I used two coats of LA Girl - Sensation. On m middle and ring fingers I topcoated, then moved on to the remaining three fingers to dot! 

All these dots are done with one dotter (hahaha) only using the two other colours we've seen. I love the colour combination - it's perfect for a cute summer mani. But y'know... Winter. Thennnnn I ruined it. I added two coats of Mode - Matte topcoat and as it was drying it dried like Shatter polishes do! It sort of cracked, and split my dots :( and it streaked them even though they were dry to touch. ANOTHER annoyingly finished mani.
