NZ Indie Polish May: post 2!

This is a bit of a cheat post. I did this mani on April 30, and forgot about NZ Indie Polish May. So technically I only have an indie polish on the tips of my nails. This is the first time I've attempted cloud nail art, and while they look good (from afar), they are too hard to do, and the nailpolish ends up being quite thick at the tips.

The base is the wonderful silver holo from Jade - Psicodelica. I've been searching for an opaque silver linear holo with a good formula, and unfortunately this isn't it. Although it is beautiful, it takes an age to dry and it's very thin, so you need 3 coats for opacity. I think I'll need to get my hands on the holy grail of silver holos: Color Club - Harp On It. If I owned that I'd be satisfied. The woes of a nailpolish addict.

On top of Psicodelica I did a step-type coat of NailNation3000 - Amaze-ballz. Once that dried, I layered Star Kin - Shiraz slightly lower down so that Amaze-ballz would still show. I wasn't entirely satisfied with how it looked, so I added dots of Jade - Magia
