Pink and textured! (Or how my attempt at breast cancer nails didn't go as planned...)

Well yesterday I wanted to paint my nails since I've got exams in two weeks and will have zero time for nice manicures soon. I wanted to do something pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month, buttttttt I also bought an LA Girl Sand Blast polish in Shades of Time from Postie! They're stocking all the LA Girl Sand Blast polishes, and they also have nail stickers, little dotting kits, Revlon polishes, and Kleancolor polishes and false nails (amazing). I managed to get the last bottle of Sands of Time so I was super excited to use it in a mani.

And this is what I ended up with! 

What do you reckon? I love them because I have two black kittieburgers at my parents' home, so I'm biased. I'm totally in love with the textured trend! BUT I have decided that I only like textured with glitter, and I don't like the textured cremes like the rest of the LA Girl Sand Blast collection... which is unfortunate because the colours are amaaaazing. I think my next cross-offs on my wanted list are going to have to be some Zoya Pixie Dusts or maybe a couple of the new OPI Mariah Carey holiday Liquid Sands. HMMMM. 

These are the stickers I bought from Postie at the same time. $4 isn't bad! But they do not lie flat on my nails because they are quite thick, so I've already maimed a kitty on my thumb :/ I love the cats, but really the rest of the designs are boring. I think the last page is glow-in-the-dark though! I'll have to test those out and report back.
